Training is playing an ever more important role within firms that compete on the global market. For this reason Siav has conceived a specific service aimed at providing the necessary technical, operational and regulatory knowledge to take full advantage of new solutions from Business Process Management and from recent regulatory updates on the subject of digital preservation and digital signatures.

Training on regulatory subjects

Thanks to the fundamental contribution of the CNIPA [National Center for Information Technology in Government], recent Italian regulations have provided a strong boost to the use of digital technologies. IT Protocol, Digital Signatures and Digital Preservation are only some of the hottest topics that public and private organizations are having to deal with. The opportunities are certainly appealing, because they make it possible to increase the overall efficiency of an organization, by lowering paper documentation costs. However, they must be approached with the correct level of competence to avoid creating a dangerous boomerang. Training on regulatory subjects is assured by collective or individual training courses conducted by teachers who have proven practical and theoretical experience.

Training on technical subjects and systems theory

One of the strong points of Siav technical solutions is their exceptional user-friendliness, combined with reduced and simplified ordinary system maintenance. Maintenance operations can be easily delegated to Customer technical personnel, but these will need continuous updated training. Basic services (telephone help and remote access) provide specialized consulting for especially delicate activities and are to be considered as support for the Customer's technical personnel. Training these personnel is particularly important, so generally it is provided through the Siav Training Program and through specialized on-site training designed for each individual Customer.

User training on new application features

Often the Siav solutions are enriched with new application features that facilitate or simplify their use in daily operations. This increases efficiency, as long as the user learns about them and how to use them correctly. To this end, we offer a series of customized courses, normally on the Customer's premises. To prepare for these, we design simplifications that could be introduced using new available features , based on an analysis of users' most frequent needs.
