e-Dispatcher is a complete multi-channel Document Communication System allowing secure management of the communication process.The system allows the new document send and receive channels to be simply and efficiently managed by automating many of the activities currently carried out manually, such as format conversion, registration of e-mails and faxes, and sorting of incoming documents.
e-Dispatcher can be integrated with any Document Management System, and is already perfectly integrated with the Siav Document Management and Workflow Management systems.
Integration of Siav Document Management systems with leading ERP systems also allows e-Dispatcher to send and receive the data they contain in instantly usable formats.
Information sending is multi-channel and automatic, so as well as sending via e-mail, it is also possible to send faxes and to print on local or network devices.
As far as receiving is concerned, e-Dispatcher reads ordinary and certified mailboxes, extracts the documents and data characteristics from the messages, and stores them. Again, this is a batch operation.
