IT protocol
The Siav solution for IT protocol and documentation management is a well-integrated system consisting of a series of modules developed by Siav that use advanced technology, methodologies and skills.
The entry point for all the correspondence arriving in Administration is registration of the protocol.
Registration on entry and exist is also the trigger for many procedures, which can then be electronically managed using predefined routes.
The IT protocol management module, integrated with the document management, workflow management, digital signature and digital preservation module, is therefore a focal point of the document management procedure.
The IT protocol management module was therefore developed in accordance with the contents of Presidential Decree 445 of December 28 2000, which is the consolidated administration documentation act, as well as the Codice Amministrazione Digitale (E-Government Act) and CNIPA resolution 11/2004 and subsequent resolutions.
